Refund and Cancelation Policy

Refund and Cancelation policy: appointments canceled 24+ hours prior to the session will be refunded in full. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will not be refunded. Sessions in which you arrive late will still end at the sessions booked time. If you do not show up to your appointment via Zoom your appointment will be treated as a cancelation and you will not be refunded.

There are no refunds for pre-recorded sessions that are purchased.
